C R Cabinets Ltd is a medium sized business between 5-100 employees operating in Canada (near Lower Mainland, South-West region). The company is currently hiring Carpenters who can work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks and work well under pressure.

The company is looking for individuals who have a minimum of 3 to less than 5 years of experience, Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, are proficient in English language and are willing to work on site since there is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

As a carpenter your tasks include the following:

Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
Supervise other workers
Estimate costs and materials
Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
